Vellore Study Centre was formed in the year April 2003 by a team of socially conscious people committed to with the objectives of, Improving Employability by Up-grading Qualification and enhancing various needed skills, Nurturing Entrepreneurship Culture and Identifying ways for better employability by acting as the media between required skill sets and the existing; and enhancing them, in association with renowned Universities in India and abroad and with Government Institutions, Non Government Organizations, Private Institutions and other Institutions in India and abroad

      Any entity, whether a profit making company or non-profit making NGO, for the entity to serve the social cause it needs substantial commercial returns or input without which the very existence of the entity itself is not sustainable. Also every ethical entity, irrespective of whether commercial nature or non-commercial, may it be a company or a trust, may it be a departmental store or stainless steel factory, certainly possess a social objective to serve, defined or undefined.

    Our Institute has the policy of fulfilling the social purpose with the commercial viability for the Institute to ensure existence of the entity and sustainability of the social purpose. Along these lines, the quality is enriched gradually based on feedbacks and both the viability and social aspect are consolidated towards ensuring the social accountability of the Institute.
